• Guests are requested to enquire about any ongoing offers or applicable group rates.

• Prices and offers are subject to change at the management’s discretion without prior notice.

• Standard check-in time is 2:00 PM and standard check-out time is 12:00 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability.

• A valid photo ID must be presented at the time of check-in. Accepted identification includes Passport, Driver’s License, or Aadhaar Card.

• The room tariff does not include charges for optional services and incidental expenses such as breakage, food and beverages, firewood, and telephone calls. These will be charged separately.

STAGS ARE NOT ALLOWED

• Nature View Hotel reserves the right of admission.

Reservations

For reservation enquiries, please provide the following details:

• Proposed dates of stay

• Number of nights

• Number of guests (adults and children, if applicable)

Cancellation Policy

• Season: Cancellations made at least 15 days prior to the arrival date will not incur any retention charges.

• Off-Season: Cancellations made at least 7 days prior to the arrival date will not incur any retention charges.

• All bookings are tentative unless paid for in advance. A booking is considered confirmed only after a confirmation is issued by the hotel.

• In case payment is received and rooms are unavailable, the full booking amount will be refunded.

• Cancellations will not be accepted over the phone. All cancellations must be made in writing.

• Accommodation may be extended on a pro-rata basis, subject to availability.

• All disputes are subject to Dharamshala jurisdiction.
